Yoru No Hit Studio

Yoru No Hit Studio (夜のヒットスタジオ) was a Japanese music television program that was broadcast live weekly on Fuji television from November 4th 1968 until October 3rd 1990.

At the beginning of the Japan tour, The Runaways appeared on the show with a live performance of two songs and several interviews. As you can see in the photos below, the band was first interviewed before the performance, but actually this footage remains unseen. Only the footage of the actual performance and the interview done by Jun Inoue, Mari Yoshimura and Yukiji Asaoka in between songs is circulating among collectors.

It's also worth mentioning that in the photos below, all hosts are dressed differently compared to the screenshots capturing the second interview. It looks like either more takes have been filmed that day or these photos were taken during the rehearsal...
